Skyr Tzatziki Dip with Cucumber (Print Version)

01 - 250 g plain skyr (Icelandic yogurt)

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely grated
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced

04 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
